Joint Personnel Evacuate Residents in IKPN Bintaro Housing

More than 80 joint personnel were deployed to evacuate flood victims on Jalan IKPN Bintaro, RW 04, Bintaro Urban Village, Pesanggrahan Sub-district, South Jakarta.

" Hopefully the condition will improve and the floodwater will recede quickly,"

Pesanggrahan Sub-district Head, Agus Ramdani said, the joint personnel involved in evacuating the flood victims were from Gulkarmat Sub-agency, BPBD, TNI/Police, SDA Sub-agency, Bina Marga Sub-agency, and PPSU personnel.

"There are 225 houses inhabited by 300 families with more than 600 residents in IKPN Bintaro housing were affected with flood. We evacuate all residents," he explained, Tuesday (3/4).

Agus explained that his side has provided two evacuation posts located in Trisakti Tourism Institute and Jami Al Umariyah Mosque.

"We have prepared a health team at the evacuation posts," he informed.

According to him, all the assistance for flood victims, such as clothing and ready-to-eat meals, had been coordinated with the South Jakarta Social Sub-agency.

"Hopefully the condition will improve and the floodwater will recede quickly, allowing residents to resume their normal activities," he expressed.
